Do you accept insurance?
EFT is not covered by insurance at present.
Are the results guaranteed?
If used correctly, and consistently, they will work
Do you have a refund policy?
I do not have a refund on the smaller programs because they will work for you if you use them as directed. Private sessions do come with a satisfaction guarantee or money is refunded. Please email me if you need to discuss a refund!
Is tapping safe?
Tapping is extremely safe. It is very similar to acupuncture, (without the needles), but works even more effectively in my opinion because EFT targets your specific issues and releases them from your body.
Do I need to be trained?
No training is needed as instructions are simple and included with each program. In a live session with Norma, you will be guided through the process and given a refund if you feel you have not been helped.
Is EFT/tapping hard to do?
EFT is simple enough that small children can be taught.
How does EFT/tapping work in the body?
EFT gently releases the energies and emotions of trauma, it also releases pain and more at the cellular level. The percussion of the fingers on the meridian endpoints sends energy through the meridians to release whatever emotions, or pain, etc we are experiencing and cues the body to release it. EFT has also been shown in before and after brain scans to calm the amygdala, part of the limbic system and fight, flight freeze response, and is involved in the emotions of fear, aggression and others. When the amygdala is calmed, the person is typically calmed and relaxed.
When an emotion is released, is it released forever? Unless there is a re-triggering of an emotion by a particular issue or person, it is usually released for good. However, when something does pop back up, it is more easily released since you are already desensitized to the issue or to a person, just do a bit more tapping until the emotions subside completely.
